The festival, in his third annual publication, is consolidated like a space privileged for the production and critical reflection around the called " culture of the mobility ", with priority in the conscious use of the movable mediae for aims of construction of forms of compartilhamento of knowledge, of access to the information and to the art, with the insertion of experiences in the public space , that explores the creative means of initiatives in this field.
